Frequently Asked Questions

What about Food & Beverage?

Food & beverage can be provided by any of our excellent catering and bartending vendors. Choosing your own vendors for food and beverage allows you to customize your event to your specific vision and budget.

Can I use vendors that are not on your list?

Absolutely!
All of the vendors listed have worked with us before. They are familiar with our venue and can be hired for any event on premises without additional steps. If you wish to bring a vendor from outside of our list, they will need to sign our vendor agreement and provide us with copies of their business license and insurance.

What is required to hold an event on property?

All vendors are required to have liability insurance and a license. All events require a liability policy for the day.

What is the capacity of the barn?

Our maximum capacity of our indoor barn is 200 people.

Are there any additional fees associated with the venue?

We do not have any service charges, food & beverage minimums, catering facility fees or commissions added to our price. We do have some additional services that you can add on to your package, but everything is optional.

Do you have any décor?

COMING SOON!! We are in the process of acquiring decor items to offer to customers. We do have a variety of different vendors on our list that are experts in helping with décor and design.

Do you include a Day of Coordinator?

We include one staff member on site for the entirety of your event. This member is here to provide a helping hand, drive you around the property on our golf cart for pictures, and provide any guidance needed. However, we don’t consider them a coordinator or planner for those small details like timelines and décor. We offer a Coordinator Add-On to your event package.

Am I required to hire a Day of Coordinator?

Yes, we do require a day of coordinator to be listed on your event planning list. The day of Event Planner/Coordinator is responsible for the day of event decisions and on whom they can rely for any day of event issue resolving. We strongly recommend that this person be a professional planner to ensure your event goes off without a hitch.
